Planning a wedding, company celebration or another event? Here are answers to common questions about working together.
What information do you need for an enquiry?
Your date, venue and approximate guest count help me assess your plans. Please also include the playing times and services you have in mind. If the start or finish time is undecided, you can enter “to be confirmed” in the form.
How do we get to know each other?
We meet in person or on a video call to talk about you, your guests and your ideas. You can ask questions and get a feel for how I work. We then agree on the music, schedule and equipment.
How much does a DJ for our event cost?
Your quote depends on the playing time, equipment, venue and travel involved. Once I have your details, I prepare an individual quote setting out the services included.
Does an enquiry reserve our date?
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. I check availability and discuss the next steps with you personally.
What styles of music do you play?
My focus is on the 2000s, 2010s and current party hits, alongside the 90s, 80s, R’n’B, hip-hop and international favourites. House, EDM, club sounds and reggaeton are also possible when they suit your guests and the mood. For clubs, open-air events and festivals, we match the musical focus to the event concept.
Can we share favourite songs and a do-not-play list?
Absolutely. Your favourite tracks and songs you would rather avoid are part of the planning. During the event, I adapt the mix to your guests and the atmosphere. Requests from the dance floor are welcome too.
Which languages do you use for announcements?
On request, I make relaxed announcements in German or Russian. We agree on the key moments and how much hosting you would like beforehand. For international celebrations, we also discuss music for the different groups of guests.
Do you provide sound and lighting?
We can plan suitable equipment around your venue and guest count. If a suitable system is already available, I coordinate the requirements and connections with the venue or technical supplier.
Can we book you for an event abroad?
Yes, I am available worldwide, subject to availability. I have performed in Mallorca, Lake Garda, Malta, the Maldives, the Seychelles and Nice, among other destinations. We agree on travel, accommodation and local equipment to suit your event.
Can you play on weekdays or outdoors?
Yes, subject to availability. For outdoor events, we coordinate power, a suitable sheltered setup area and a bad-weather alternative with the venue.
Can we add live musicians?
On request, we can include saxophone, percussion, violin or vocals, for example. We discuss availability and how the musicians and DJ set will work together in advance.
